The Wake is bigger than New Order. At least from my personal view and opinion. The Wake is not everybody's cup of tea but I'm glad they are exist, otherwise I will ends up to romanticise Curtis' death for the rest of my life.
About "New Wave of Hype", it's a compilation of 5 Indonesian bands re-do The Wake's classics. I'm quite surprised on how they able to managed to took the songs into their very own perspective. The result is quite unique, very pleased and satisfying to hear.
A real treasure gem for current generation.
